Bonus picture for the 24th.
Here is another picture of Carley from her senior pictures photo shoot at the Old Penitentiary in Boise.
I really like this shot because her personality is really coming through.
I chose this wall as the background because it goes so well with her outfit and hair color.
Shot with the d700 and the sb800 with softbox.
Used TTL flash at about +1. With that setting the flash does register but there is enough ambient that unless you look closely it is hard to tell a flash was even used.
For someone with Carley's color it really help to use flash as it really warms up the photos and bring out the reds and nice skin tones.
I think this was our last shot before it started snowing. Carley is such a trooper you can't tell she is freeezziing!
After this shot she changed into her evening dress from the Miss Teen Idaho pageant and put on her sash and crown. Then we took a few more while it snowed.
